Equipping the Saints for Life and Ministry

“So brethren, we who are born again are not children of the slave woman (Law) but of the free (grace).
In this freedom Christ has made us free (and completely liberated us); stand fast then and do not be hampered and held ensnared and submit again to a yoke of slavery (which you have once put off).” Galatians 4: 31 – 5: 1
God’s wrath was completely satisfied when it was poured out upon Jesus at the Cross. Jesus Himself declared in John 12: 32 “… and I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw ALL men unto me.”
Notice that men is in italics, indicating that the translators inserted this word to try to bring meaning to the verse. However, in the context of the surrounding scriptures Jesus was actually declaring that ALL JUDGMENT would be drawn to Him as he took our place at Calvary.
Jesus drew to Himself at the cross ALL God’s wrath and judgment for all eternity (past → future).
Jesus drew to Himself at the cross ALL our sin: past, present and even sins we haven’t committed yet and it was there that He was judged and bore our punishment.
We have, right now, ETERNAL redemption – not just till the next time we sin.
We have, right now, an ETERNAL inheritance – not just till the next time we sin.
We have been sanctified. We have been perfected. All our sins have been washed away by the blood of Jesus.
Declaration: I have been made the righteousness of God in Christ and I choose to stand firm in the liberty that was purchased for me at such a great cost. I have been set free from sin, sickness and lack. I consider myself dead to sin but alive to God. I live free from judgment and condemnation for I am an heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ. I am who God says I am; I can do what God says I can do and I have what God says I can have. I am a believer and not a doubter!
